All Riders must be 16 years old or older (excluding riders in the Junior class). If the Rider is under 20 years of age, a waiver of liability must be allowed by a parent or legal guardian.

As the legal guardian of the minor who is applying to participate, I hereby confirm and authorize that the minor is fully capable and prepared to participate in the WGP#1 Jet Ski World Cup 2024, organized by Asian Multi Sports & Entertainment Co., Ltd. This includes my acknowledgment that the minor possesses the necessary skills, experience, and physical condition to safely and effectively compete in this tournament.

Jurisdiction :
This electronic consent shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of THAILAND. By providing your consent through this website, you irrevocably agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with this consent shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of THAILAND.

Indemnification :
As the Parent or Legal Guardian, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asian Multi Sports & Entertainment Co., Ltd., the competition organizers, and any related parties from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the participation of the minor in the competition.
